Warranty (Readylay Range)
The Readylay range is supplied with a 15 year limited
warranty to the original purchaser from the date of purchase, stating that the finished coating shall not peel or blister
from the floor under normal residential use, provided the flooring is laid and maintained according to all instructions provided
with the product.
Warranty (The Hardwood Range)
The Hardwood
Range is Supplied with a lifetime limited range warranty and any defect timber will be replaced in accordance with the Australian
standards. All installations must be made in accordance to proper procedures as stated by The Hardwood Flooring Compay
sales associates.
Useful Information (Readylay Range)
The Readylay
Range is coated with the Super Endure UV coating, which is an anti-avrasive timber coating that combines a smooth finish with
the highest resistance against fine scratches. It also provides optimum abrasion resistance, and is 6 times stronger than
other normal coatings. It can be re-screened and re-sanded as per other traditional coatings if desired.
Maintenance (Readylay Range)
Readylay flooring with Super Wndure UV coating offers excellent
resistance to scratches and everyday wear and tear. It is easy to clean and maintain and needs no waxing. However, there are
steps you can take to retain the natural warmth and beauty of your floor. For superior performance, doormats and floor protectors
on furniture should be used. Wipe the floor with a wrung-out cloth when necessary and use a dust mop, broom or vacuum cleaner
to remove grit and dirt. To repair damaged areas, individual boards can be replaced by a Hardwood Flooring Company professional
installer.

The Majority
of our hardwoods have been finished with the German Klumpp Coating Process, recognised in our industry as a benchmark for
both excellence and environmental awarness.
The German Klumpp UV coating does not contain any dangerous substances,
Preservatives or additives. Nor do they contain any persticides, fungicides, formaldehyde or asbestos.
A minor
selection of our products are coated with German Osmo Oil, which is an engineered finish made with plant oils and waxes. This
remarkable finish offers excellent renew-ability with a unique lustrous finish. Instead of coating the floor with a film,
as polyurethane does, these finshes penetrate into wood fibres and protect from within.
